- Green Channel It means everything is fine. Your goods and documents are all matched and you have paid all duties and taxes.
- Yellow Channel : This means that customs holds your cargo because they may find something missing or wrong after checking your documents. You must provide the missing document or repair it.
- Red Channel : Customs will physically inspect your goods. This is a thorough review that will take a few days. There are several possible reasons why your commodity is in a red channel. It could be :
- A document error.
- an incorrect tariff HS code or a change in regulations
- After passing the inspection process, you will receive an SPPB letter, commonly known as an approval letter for the approval of your goods.
