1. Based on the delivery address

Where does our job start and end?

We offer several distribution options. The first criterion: where your goods start and where they arrive.

01

Door to Door

The freight forwarder collects the goods at the seller's/exporter's door or premises and delivers them to the buyer's/importer's door or premises.

02

Door to Port

Transport of the goods only begins at the port of destination and ends once the goods have been delivered to the importer's warehouse or premises.

03

Port to Port

The freight forwarder only carries the goods from the airport or seaport in the country of origin to the airport or seaport in the country of destination.

2. Based on the shipping method

Full or shared container?

Two ways to ship, depending on the volume of your goods.

FCL shipping — full container

Need a whole container? Your goods travel in a private container and are never mixed with other customers' cargo, so they stay safe and undamaged.

LCL shipping — shared container

For shipments smaller than a container's standard load capacity: your goods are charged by volume (m³) and consolidated with other shipments until the container is completely full.

3. Based on the container type

The right container for every cargo

Dry container

A dry or standard container is used to ship goods that are not hazardous and are neither gas nor liquid.

Reefer container

A refrigerated container fitted with temperature control, for example to deliver fresh food.

Open top container

This container has an open roof, for goods taller than a standard dry container allows.

Flat rack container

This flat container is open along its length, for goods wider than a standard dry container.

Freight shipping process

From your door to destination, in 4 steps

1

Pick-up

We come to you, collect your goods and bring them to our warehouse.

2

Packing

Once your goods reach our warehouse, we wrap them in protective material. They are kept in our warehouse until the shipping date.

3

Container loading

Stuffing means loading the goods into the container. We check and monitor every item that goes in.

4

Delivery

The container goes to the port or airport; the ship or plane is loaded and sent to the final destination.
